Meet Your Conscious-Minded Mentor

Hello! I’m Dr. Traci L. Scheepstra (CEO/Co-Founder).  An educator, researcher, arts education specialist, writer, and an eternal optimist dedicated to helping teachers thrive in and out of the classroom.

For as long as I can remember, my dream was to be a teacher. I’ve always had a love for conversation, asking questions, learning about the world around me, sharing knowledge, and being creative. For three decades, I have been on a wondrous educational journey.

My approach to education is holistic, experiential, and arts-based, and I meet teachers heart-to-heart when we work together. As a former university professor in teacher education I have extensive knowledge of the education system, curriculum, policies, and the needs of teachers and students. It would be my honour to connect with you.

“You do not need to persevere alone. If you're struggling, Traci Scheepstra is the one I'd always recommend for heart-centred support. She is wise, patient, kind, understanding and knows education inside and out. She truly sees people and listens earnestly, always without judgement. Her nature is genuine and caring. What she offers is exceptional. She has mentored and guided me in professional and personal ways so I know first-hand how meaningful and impactful this opportunity is.”
