Rest and Nourish - Evening Restorative and TCM practice

Join Clare Esler for an evening practice to rest and unwind with simple Traditional Chinese Medicine and restorative yoga.

About this experience

In our evening practice, we will invite rest and the unwinding of tension with several long-held postures with the support of props such as pillows, straps and blankets. In combination with this will be some simple Traditional Chinese Medicine practices to deepen and nourish our own quietude and relaxation. This gentle practice helps to reset our nervous system and welcome in a deeper breath, a clearer state of mind, gratitude and a sense of overall wellness into the body, mind and spirit.

Clare has over 300 hours of training in yoga and mindful movement. Her continuing education has included training from a variety of gifted teachers who have helped her to offer something unique, harmonious and grounding.
