Ep13: It’s Yoga Time! Simple Routines for Students and Teachers

This episode of “Body Talk” showcases Nicki Irwin, a movement coach with thirty years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She demonstrates simple yoga and mobility exercises that you can use with your students in the classroom. Nicki begins by demonstrating exercises students can do while seated at their desks, which include neck, upper back, and side stretches. This is followed by exercises that students can do while standing beside their desks that focus on the hip flexors and balance. These exercises are accessible for all bodies and abilities. Nicki also demonstrates ways that you can rebalance and recharge your own body at home with restorative yoga poses. This episode of Body Talk is not to be missed!
