Outdoor Yoga

This is a simple yoga style routine that you can do with your students first thing in the morning to welcome in a new day. It includes sun salutations, side stretches, arms swings, and walking to feel the earth beneath the feet. To make the routine longer, you can repeat the sequence or add in your own ideas. Getting out in nature is a wonderful way to connect with the body. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
