Loose & Unstructured Movement

Students are spending more time sitting than ever before. Whether learning virtually at home in front of a computer or sitting at a desk in the classroom, there is a lot less moving due to social distancing protocols. Too much sitting puts a strain on our posture and can create tension in our muscles and joints. This is a simple exercise to loosen the body. It’s all about finding flow while moving (no sharp movements). Images like water or wind can help students to move smoothly and unstructured. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
