Students spend a lot of their time on smartphones, tablets, and computers. When they have to use a pen or pencil for a length of time during a lesson they can get sore and crampy hands. Here are a few simple exercises that can help create mobility in the finger joints and the wrists, and there is a massage for the palms. Taking students through this simple set of exercises also gets them out of their heads and into their bodies. It makes for a quick “brain break” while attending to the body.
